Who's Looking Good?

Steve Galka, that's who!

Out to Muskego for some run 'n gun! It's been a few weeks since I've shot a match with my EAA Witness since it was out getting a new hammer and sear fitted along with a new rear sight. It feels like a completely different gun that I've got to get accustomed to again! It went from great to awesome and I've just got to get to a point where it feels like an extension of my own hands again.

The folks at NISA put out some great stages, as always, and it was great running through them. A few small hiccups between myself (should have taken my own advice and remembered what Ben taught us and just skipped those drop turners, oops) and a few failure to feeds (changed out the old and warn recoil spring for a brand new one and saw the problems disappear) left me a little behind where I would like to be, score-wise. 8th out of 19 isn't terrible, I just have to ramp up the dry fire practice a bit more now that winter is coming.

And my WIILShoot jerseys finally came in! Big thanks to Gemini Custom Apparel for a kickass jersey!
